Burnham Week is arguably the longest running annual yacht regatta on the mainland of the UK. It's organised by the Joint Clubs' Committee, comprising representatives from the four clubs in Burnham together with other members who have a specific responsibility during the week.

The Town Cup
The greatest cheer at the Saturday Prize Giving is always reserved for the winner of the Town Cup - the most prestigious trophy of Burnham Week, being the prize for first place on handicap in the final Saturday Race in Class One. First won by Neith in 1927, in 2009 it was the turn of Oystercatcher XXVI.
