The online entry system will close at midnight on Thursday 21st. After then the Burnham Week Office will take your entry. The Office is situated in the RCYC and will open at 11:00 hrs.

The JCC invites all those yachts/competitors visiting the Crouch for the CYC Houghton Cup on Saturday 23rd August to join in the remainder of the Bank Holiday Burnham Week racing with a free entry as part of the established Burnham Week ‘Friend for Free’ promotion.

Changes to the Notice of Race
1.1
Burnham week is co-ordinated by the Joint Clubs' Committee (JCC) and the organising authorityof each day's racing will be:

Boats in Classes 1,2 and 3 shall comply with ISAF Special Regulations Category 4 plus a marine radio transceiver and have a minimum Safety and Stability Screening numeral (SSSN) of 20, 20 and 17 respectively.
6. Schedule
Changes to the IRC Ratings are as follows:
Class 1 IRC TCC 1.006 and above SSS20
Class 2 IRC TCC 0.925 - 1.005 SSS20
Class 3 IRC TCC 0.924 and below SSS17

There are changes concerning both the rating and the programme for IRC Classes One to Three. If you raced in Class Four last year, you should check item 6, the Schedule in the Notice of Race, which you will find on the Fleets page. Read more here...

Just as last year the 'Friend for Free' discount is available. This means that if you have a boat-owning friend who hasn't raced in Burnham Week in the years 2005, 2006 or 2007, that person can enter without paying an entry fee on the strength of your entry.
