RBYC
Royal Burnham Yacht Club

The RBYC was founded in 1895 as the Burnham Yacht Club, receiving Royal Patronage in 1927. The clubhouse is sited on the North bank of the Crouch and has a large pontoon for launching craft with a launch service to give easy access to the many members' boats kept on the moorings in front of the clubhouse. Our buildings are friendly in atmosphere and we offer a warm welcome to visiting sailors. The club has a well appointed bar, a large and luxurious dining room, an imposing library as well as meeting rooms, an al fresco courtyard and an imposing library. These facilities are available for corporate functions, weddings, private parties, etc.

Our fleets range from Offshore keelboats, to dayboats, with our large RS Elite Fleet, our own famous RB One Design Fleet, sailing cruisers, a fleet of over 50 motor yachts, dinghies, including our new fleet of RS Fevas and Cadets. We foster our Cadet members as the future members of our Club.
